Warren was born into a life of wealth and luxury, and to a father that dislikes mutants, which was the cause of household dispute when Warren grew white, feathery wings in his adolescence. Prompting him to run away, he spent some time on his own saving people before being recruited into the x-men by Xavier and being trained to use his wings to the best of their ability.

Kitty grew up in Chicago with her mother and father, when her powers manifested she was very nearly put in Emma Frost’s school but convinced her parents to allow her to go to Xavier’s instead as she took a severe disliking to the headmistress of the Massachusetts Academy. After she’d been living at the mansion a year she received a letter from her parents announcing they were getting divorced, she feels it is her fault for leaving and is severely unhappy about the situation but she usually hides it behind a happy-go-lucky expression.

Remy is from New Orleans, he was abandoned as a baby and was taken into the thieves guild, his eyes displayed him as a mutant from the very first day, with their strange red and black look. He was raised a thief and was prophesised to be the one to unite the thieves and assassins guild, but on the day of his wedding to Belladonna Bordereaux of the assassins guild he accidentally killed her brother and was banished from New Orleans. He is very secretive about his past and prefers not to talk about it, no-one at the institute knows who he is really.

Bobby grew up with his parents and younger brother in Boston, his powers manifested when he was sixteen and he didn’t tell his parents, just called the Xavier Academy and then told his parents he was going to a prep school in New York. He made fast friends with John, or Pyro as he prefers to be known and was depressed when the boy left to join the brotherhood, but he has made friends with Piotr and Kitty and he has his girlfriend, Rogue, for now.

Ever since the existance of mutants was revealed to the world humans have been divided on what they should do, some want to try to live peacefully with the mutants, some want to be a mutant and some just want to annihalate them all. The mutants feel much the same, some want to live peacefully with humanity, some want rid of their powers and some want to be the ruling species on the planet. They beleive they are homosuperior, better than the humans and the next stage in evolution. These mutants, named the Brotherhood, want to start a war that will eradicate humanity from the planet, the humans, want rid of the mutants. All it will take is a single spark to start a war. It’s only a matter of time so now is when you need to start choosing your side, but which side will you choose?
